Prefill is built to keep your data on your own device. Your profile, saved answers, uploaded résumé and application list are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. Prefill does not collect your browsing history and does not record the pages you visit.
We do collect data in two situations. If you use an optional AI feature (résumé parsing, a drafted answer, or a fit check on a posting), the text needed for that one result is sent through our server on Cloudflare Workers to Anthropic's Claude, an AI model, which produces it. And if you subscribe, we keep a licence record with the email address you gave Stripe at checkout. Answers to protected-class questions (race, ethnicity, gender, disability, veteran status, age, religion, marital or citizenship status) are removed before anything leaves your device, and so are your name, phone, email and street address.
Prefill's use of all user data it handles, including anything received from Google APIs, adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell user data and do not transfer it for advertising or creditworthiness purposes.
You can export or erase everything from the extension's settings at any time, and email getprefill@gmail.com to have your licence record deleted from our server.

These terms are an agreement between you and Nextgen Wellness LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Prefill", "we", "us"), which publishes the Prefill browser extension ("the extension"). By installing or using it you agree to these terms.
Prefill helps you fill in web forms from information you save. You are responsible for reviewing every field before submitting any application. Prefill does not submit applications on your behalf and does not guarantee any employment outcome.
Prefill matches each form field to your saved information by guessing, and it can guess wrong: it may pick a stale answer, fill from the wrong profile, misread a question, or leave a required field empty. Read every field it fills before you submit. Pay particular attention to dates, salary, work authorization, licence and certification details, and anything you sign or attest to. Submitting inaccurate information on an application can cost you the job or worse, and that responsibility is yours, not ours.
Use Prefill only to fill applications with your own accurate information, and in compliance with the terms of the websites you use it on.
Prefill Premium is an optional recurring subscription (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) billed through Stripe. Where a free trial is offered, the paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Your subscription then renews automatically, at the price and for the period you chose, until you cancel. The price, period and trial length are shown before you enter any payment details, and the extension reminds you before a renewal is charged. You can cancel at any time in the extension under Settings, Premium, Manage or switch plan, which opens Stripe's billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Premium answer drafts are produced by an AI model. They can be wrong, and they are a starting point you edit, not advice: read anything it writes before it goes on an application with your name on it. Prefill is not a counsellor, a doctor, a lawyer, or a source of medical, legal or financial advice, and it will not answer as one. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact a person rather than this tool: in the US call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), and anywhere, your local emergency number.
Prefill is intended for people old enough to work and to enter a contract where they live. You must be at least 16 to use it, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Prefill is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any applicant-tracking system, job board, hiring platform, or employer. Any product or company name that appears in the extension or in these pages is used only to describe where Prefill works, and remains the trademark of its owner.
The extension is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, and our total liability for any claim relating to Prefill is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100.
Read this section. It changes how a dispute between us is resolved, and it gives up your right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action.
Talk to us first. Email getprefill@gmail.com and describe the problem and what you want. Almost everything ends here. If it is not resolved within 30 days, either of us may begin arbitration.
Individual arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to Prefill, a Prefill subscription, or these terms is resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration is conducted by written submissions or by video unless the arbitrator decides otherwise; if it is held in person, it takes place in the county where you live. The arbitrator decides all issues except those below, and judgment on the award may be entered by any court with jurisdiction. Fees are governed by the AAA's consumer rules, and we pay the share those rules assign to us.
Two things stay out of arbitration. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead. And either of us may ask a court for an injunction to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
No class actions. Claims are brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not award relief to anyone who is not a party. If this paragraph is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim alone proceeds in court and the rest of this section still applies to everything else.
You can opt out, and it costs you nothing. Within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms, email getprefill@gmail.com with the subject "arbitration opt-out" and the email address you use with Prefill. That is all it takes: this whole section then does not apply to you, nothing else about your account or subscription changes, and we will not treat you differently for it.
This section survives the end of your subscription and the end of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For any dispute not subject to arbitration under the section above, the state and federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and both of us consent to that. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of the place you live, and if any part of these terms is unenforceable where you are, the rest still applies.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Prefill after a change means you accept it.
Premium starts with a 3-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; if you do not cancel, the paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends.
After the trial, Premium is billed in advance for the period you choose (weekly, monthly or quarterly) and renews automatically at the same price until you cancel.
Cancelling takes the same few clicks as subscribing did, from inside the extension: Settings, Premium, Manage or switch plan, which opens Stripe's billing portal. No email, no phone call, no retention questions. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and the extension shows you a reminder before each renewal is charged.
If you were charged and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund your most recent payment. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support; cancellation stops future charges.
Email the support address below with the email you subscribed with, and we'll take care of it. You do not need to email anyone to cancel: that is the billing-portal button described above, and it takes effect immediately.
